The waistcoat is made in Ukraine. The cloth is made of black gabardine or summer thin cotton.

3.Shoulder width (from shoulder to shoulder back)
4.Chest circumference at widest
10.Neck girth (collar line) without a shirt
13.Waist (Abdominal) circumference at widest
15.Hips circumference at the widest point
Please, wear your shirt and shoes before the measurements.
